Will my credit score affect my eligibility?
At this time, we do not require a certain credit score (may change in the future), as long as you meet the income requirements and provide the first, last, and security deposit. Also, we will be starting a Security Deposit Program in the near future.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. We accept only small service animals with proof of paperwork. Our Pet Fee is $350 non-refundable per pet, only one pet per family, no aggressive breeds permitted, under 15lbs only, and again all paperwork is required.
Do you take Section 8?
Yes, please provide your housing voucher upon applying.
Which housing programs do you accept?
We take most programs available in the Miami Dade area which include: Miami Dade Housing, City of Miami Housing, City of Miami Beach Housing, Hialeah Housing, Volunteer of America, and Lotus House.
How much is your application fee?
$150.00 and it’s non-refundable.
